Why can’t affordable housing also be a lovely place to live?

In an era where rent prices are sky-rocketing, we aim to hold space for those who need a place to live without emptying their pocket-book for it every month.

The basis for our rent costs is simple: It’s the cost of utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance monthly. We promise to never charge real human people more than what we need to operate. We are not looking to line our pockets with your money, our goal is to build comfortable and affordable housing in the Wilmerding area and beyond.

We have been operating since 2018 with this principle. We buy housing that’s been abandoned and we invest in these buildings, in this community, and the people who live here, all while providing great service and stable housing.

We treat this mission as a call to service, not a passive income where we collect your paycheck. We earn our keep, and our long-term residents are a testament to that.
